A hot cup of coffee over an open fire on a cold wet morning in Jasper National Park. Something to chase away the worries of leading the pack horses back over the Brazeau River which has swollen with heavy rain throughout the night leaving what was a passable crossing the day before to a dangerous crossing by morning. What appears to be a small creek off to the side of the river was the trail the horses used to cross the river the day before. Oil on Canvas- 24x36 - Giclees available
